Refund and Returns Policy

At Boutique Vastra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of every saree we deliver. In the rare case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products returned without proper packaging or in a used/damaged condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Once approved, customers must arrange safe return shipping of the product, unless otherwise instructed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (domestic or international) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you opt for an exchange or replacement, the new product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your returned item.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed and credited instead.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

  • Customized or altered sarees are also non-returnable.


6. Damages During Delivery

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.

  • In case of transit damage, claims must be raised directly with the courier partner. However, we are happy to assist you with supporting documentation.
