Shipping Policy 

At Boutique Vastra, we aim to deliver your sarees with speed, safety, and care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (within India): 4–7 business days, depending on location and courier serviceability.

  • International: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier rates. Customs duties, VAT, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

  • In case of loss, theft, or damage during transit, claims must be raised directly with the courier partner. Boutique Vastra will provide all necessary documentation to assist you.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure accurate and complete shipping details are provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
